Use & Care

Machine Washable: Safe to wash in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with cold or warm water (max 30°C/86°F). Use a mild detergent. Hand Wash Recommended: For best results and to preserve the intricate braided edge, hand washing is highly recommended. Gently scrub with a soft brush if needed. Do Not Bleach: Avoid using chlorine bleach or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the polyester-cotton fibers and cause fading. Drying Instructions: Air dry flat or hang to dry. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading. Do not tumble dry on high heat. Ironing & Storage: Low heat ironing is acceptable if the mat gets creased. Store in a cool, dry place. The material is resistant to mold and mildew.

Sample Policy Standard Samples: We charge a nominal fee of $10 for each standard sample in stock. Please kindly note that the shipping cost will be on your end. Custom Samples: For samples with specified colors, sizes, or custom designs, the sample fee will be determined based on actual requirements and is fully deductible from the bulk order payment.
